Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase the VIP Experience and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my VIP Experience?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your VIP experience at Primus NYE, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

Our VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

All Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, August 21st at 10am PT as part of the artist presale and will not require a passcode to purchase. After you click the purchase button next to your desired date, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is there an age restriction for the Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experience?

There is no age restriction for the Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experience.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you. Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experience tickets include early entry to the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a six (6) ticket limit for VIP tickets. 

How will I receive my Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experience tickets for the show?

Lucky Bastard NYE tickets will be digital through Ticketmaster. Please note you will not be able to transfer tickets until one (1) month prior to the show date.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details are subject to change.

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show. 

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is the exclusive pre-show Q&A also a meet & greet?

No, the Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experience re-show is NOT a Meet & Greet; therefore, you will not be permitted to bring in personal items to be signed by the band. If you arrive with such items, we’ll ask that you return them to your vehicle or have them held at the VIP check-in table until after the Q&A pre-show is complete. We appreciate your cooperation here!

Is parking included in the Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experience?

No, Lucky Bastard NYE VIP tickets do not include parking. Please check the Fox Theater website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experience?

All Lucky Bastard NYE VIP Experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
